   MDT TO HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE OVER MUCH OF THE AREA...WITH A
   NARROW ZONE OF FREEZING RAIN ACROSS ERN PORTIONS OF DISCUSSION AREA.
   HRLY SNOWFALL RATES OF 1.00-2.00 IN/HR ARE LIKELY.
   
   HEAVY WINTER PRECIPITATION IS CURRENTLY ONGOING OVER WRN
   KS...EXTENDING NOW INTO SWRN NEB. OTHER AREAS OF HEAVIER
   PRECIPITATION CONTINUE TO MOVE NWD ACROSS THE TX/OK PANHANDLES.
   SURFACE ANALYSIS SHOWS FREEZING LINE NEARLY STATIONARY FROM LXN TO
   JUST W OF DDC AND E OF EHA...WITH FREEZING RAIN OCCURRING IN CLOSE
   PROXIMITY.  GIVEN SLOW MOVEMENT OF UPPER LOW...OVERALL PRECIPITATION
   TYPE IS NOT EXPECTED TO CHANGE MUCH THROUGH THE REST OF THE
   AFTERNOON. STRONG LOW LEVEL FRONTOGENETICAL FORCING COUPLED WITH
   WARM/MOIST ADVECTION ABOVE THE SURFACE WILL RESULT IN A CONTINUANCE
   OF HVY SNOW MAINLY FAR WRN KS/ERN CO...WITH A NARROW ZONE OF
   FREEZING RAIN ALONG AND JUST W OF SFC FREEZING LINE. FREEZING RAIN
   WILL LIKELY CHANGE TO SNOW FROM W TO E...AS BAROCLINIC ZONE
